First, we'll schedule a short video call to discuss your needs and presentation goals. Then we'll prepare a structure proposal, visual concept, and after your approval, we'll complete the entire presentation. Throughout the process, you can give feedback and request changes.

To prepare a quality presentation, we'll need 3 basic things from you: 1. Presentation materials – Send us the presentation you want to modify. If you don't have one, information in an email about the content will suffice. We can also draw from your website, but ideally send us any available materials – such as an old presentation, brochure, or briefly written points. 2. Competition – Send us 2-3 websites of your direct competitors. This helps us better understand your market and prepare a presentation that sets you apart. 3. Billing information – Send us your billing details so we can prepare a quote and subsequently issue an invoice.

We typically prepare presentations in PowerPoint in fully editable form, so you can easily modify, add to, or change it as needed. We can also adapt it to other formats, such as: Google Slides, Keynote, Figma, Canva, or export it to PDF or video presentation (MP4).

That's no problem at all. During the introductory video call, we'll go through your vision and presentation goals together. Then we'll study the topic and prepare the content for you – from structure to final texts. We'll help you not only with content but also with building the story and logical flow of the presentation so it's clear, convincing, and has real impact.

We're flexible with time, but a quality presentation requires a certain amount of time. We recommend contacting us at least a week before your planned date so we have enough room for preparation and fine-tuning. If needed, we can prepare a presentation express within 48 hours, but availability depends on our current capacity.

The price depends mainly on the number of slides and complexity. We can prepare the most accurate quote tailored to you – just send us an existing presentation or a brief description of what it should contain. Approximate prices: • approx. €200 for a presentation up to 6 slides • approx. €300 for 10 slides (most common client choice) • approx. €500 for 20 slides For more extensive presentations, pricing is set individually. For new clients, we also offer favorable terms – feel free to reach out and we'll find a solution that makes sense for your budget too.
